2. Accuracy of Order Information
The user agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete details regarding the recipient's name, complete shipping address (including landmarks & pin code), and active contact telephone numbers. TF Cakes is not liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details.
3. Pricing, Payments & Invoicing
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. We process online payments through encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Cards, Netbanking, UPI, Wallets). We do not store raw card numbers or banking passwords.
4. Product Representation & Design Variation
Since each cake is handcrafted individually by local chefs, slight artistic variations in piping, floral placement, or coloring may occur compared to catalog reference photos. Flavor, freshness, and weight specifications are strictly maintained.
5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
TF Cakes shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from unforeseen transit delays due to natural calamities or road closures. Total liability in any dispute is strictly limited to the monetary value paid for the respective order. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
