User Account & Personal Data Deletion

Guidelines and verification workflow for requesting erasure of your personal data from TF Cakes.

1. How to Submit a Data Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your account, saved delivery addresses, and personal profile information:

  • Send an email to care@tfcakes.com with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”.
  • Specify your registered mobile phone number and full name.
  • Our security team will send an OTP/WhatsApp confirmation request to your number to authenticate ownership.
  • Once verified, your account and profile records are scheduled for permanent deletion.

2. Processing Timeline

Upon successful verification, all associated personal data is permanently deleted from our active database within 7 to 14 business days.

3. Legal & Tax Compliance Note

Please note that past transaction invoice copies and payment tax logs may be retained for the minimum statutory period required under Indian taxation and GST laws.
